About Me
My name is Laura, I am 47 years old. It has been over 10 years since i have been active on a regular basis. We have been through a lot the past 6 years and it made it a struggle to work on our own health and well-being. Our lives are a lot more in order now, but still needs work. One of our goals this year is to get back to being active and healthy!
