Our First Day of New Routines
I would be lying if I said yesterday was our very first day of new routines; in reality, it’s been about a week and a half since we started. However, during that initial week, things were a bit on and off, not very consistent or steady. Because of that, we decided to officially set yesterday as our true first day, marking a fresh and clear beginning for us!

After a long break of 10 years, our very first day back on the treadmill was all about taking it slow, steady, and easy. We began with a gentle, relaxed walk, concentrating on becoming comfortable with the rhythm and pace rather than rushing. It truly felt good to be moving again, even if the speed was much slower than what we were once accustomed to before the break. We made a conscious effort not to push ourselves too hard or too fast right from the beginning. This gradual, cautious approach allowed us to ease back into a fresh routine without feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or risking any kind of injury. It served as a powerful reminder that progress is progress, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, and we are genuinely excited and motivated to build on this solid foundation in the days and weeks to come.
